Once you have generated the public and private Ethereum keys, you can now proceed to the registration of your app. This article provides instructions on how to register an app using the Developer Console.

Step 1: In your web browser, go to https://console.silamoney.com/login.

Step 2: Enter your username and password in their corresponding fields. You will be logged in to the Developer Console immediately.

Note: If you don’t have an account, click here.

Step 3: In the App Name field, enter your desired handle name.

Tip: Use a name that your customers will be able to recognize and associate with your product or service.

Note: If you chose a handle that already exists, you will not be able to proceed in registering your app.

Step 4: Enter the app_handle in the App Handle field. This will be the auth_handle used to identify all API requests made by this app

Tip: Give your application a unique handle, avoiding special characters and spaces.

Step 5: Enter the public Ethereum address in the corresponding field and then click Generate.

Note: If you don’t have an Ethereum address, click here.

Step 6: Once prompted by the Generate Ethereum Keys window, click Download Keystore File.

Step 7: Once the keystore file is saved in your computer, click Close.

Step 8: Click Save to save your app settings.

You should now have successfully registered an app using the Developer Console.
